PAYOFFASSIST.COM TM ADDED TO AVAILABLE SERVICES
Stewart Title Services of North Jersey, LLC is pleased and excited to announce it's web link agreement with Payoffassist.com TM. Have you ever tried to locate a successor to a lender that has merged or been acquired? Loan Servicer information changes faster than most people realize. Users of the Closing WizardTM page at www.titleesq.com will be able to link directly to the Payoffassist.comTM web site and access a database containing over 14,000 Banks, Mortgage Bankers and Credit Unions. The web site provides valuable information for Escrow Officers, Loan Processors, Attorneys and Paralegals looking to obtain Payoff statements. Basic site access to the Loan Servicers listed and their phone number is free. A user is then able to call the Loan Servicer directly to obtain a mailing address if needed. Or, a full service subscription is available for in depth information on each Servicer listed, saving the user valuable time.
